Return & Adjustment Policy

At Safia Marine Supplier, we are committed to ensuring product quality and transparent service. Please carefully review our return and adjustment policies:

  • 1. No Return & Product Testing Limitations
    All sales are final. Due to the nature of our marine equipment, we may not have the ability to test all items before delivery. Therefore, even if the item is later found defective, it cannot be returned.
  • 2. No Refunds Available
    Refunding money is not possible due to strict and complex banking policies in our country. All sales are considered final.
  • 3. Adjustment on Future Orders
    If a product is found damaged, we will adjust its value in your next order after deducting shipping and banking fees.
  • 4. Report Within 48 Hours
    You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof via email or WhatsApp.
  • 5. Shipping & Bank Fees
    We will deduct actual shipping costs and banking charges from the adjustment amount.
  • 6. Proof of Purchase Required
    You must provide invoice number and delivery date for any claim.
