Safia Marine Supplier is committed to secure, transparent, and professional business practices. Kindly review the following terms before confirming your order:

  • 100% advance payment via Bank TT with a valid purchase order is required.
  • Local orders may be accepted with a minimum 50% advance.
  • Large export shipments can be paid via LC (Letter of Credit) or TT, as per agreement.

3. Bank Charges

Our bank deducts approximately 10% from payments made via bank transfer.
Customers using this method must add 10% extra to ensure the full amount is received.

Western Union, Ria Money transfer and MoneyGram International Inc payments are free from such deductions.

4. Shipping & Dispatch

  • Dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (if stock is available).
  • DHL / FedEx for consignments under 40Kg
  • LCL / FCL shipping for heavier items

5. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes in the buyer’s country are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.

6. Product Availability

All offers are subject to prior sale. Stock is not reserved until an order is confirmed.

7. Product Condition

We offer New/Surplus and Used/Second-hand items. We do not supply brand-new materials unless specified.

8. Returns & Documentation

  • Return shipping is always the buyer’s responsibility.
  • As a trader (not a manufacturer or dealer), we do not provide technical datasheets or certificates.

9. Invoice & Payment Confirmation

Invoices are issued after order confirmation. Please send payment proof via email or WhatsApp.
